Keep no review history, save your work with layered encryption, or add a secret only you control. You decide what Resume RedTeam keeps.
Your data is never the product
We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
We use your content only to provide the review and features you choose. The review engine is tested and tuned against a regression suite of synthetic resumes and job postings — never against your content. Your data runs through the system; it never shapes it.
Encrypted saved data
Saved data is protected with keys unique to your account and each saved session.
Resume RedTeam uses layered encryption rather than one shared key. A system key protected in Azure works with a unique key for your account and a separate key created for each saved session. Saved resumes, postings, reviews, targets, contacts, and notes are encrypted at rest automatically when you choose to save.
Retention is your choice
Keep review history for later use, or leave saving off.
Saving is opt-in. When saving is off, completed reviews are not retained for your Target Board or Search Intelligence; short-lived processing data is automatically removed within about 24 hours.
Changing your mind is honored completely: turning saving off after it has been on also removes what was already saved — your review history and Target Board entries are purged, deliberately and irreversibly.
Deletion by key destruction
Deleting protected content destroys the unique key required to recover it.
Each saved session is protected with its own encryption key. When you delete a protected review or target, Resume RedTeam destroys the key required to decrypt that content, making the encrypted data unrecoverable.
Optional Passphrase Lock
Add a secret only you control to strengthen the keys protecting your saved data.
You provide your passphrase when you sign in. It is held in memory during your signed-in session and participates in building the keys needed to lock and unlock your saved content. You also receive a one-time recovery code; if both are lost, no one — including Resume RedTeam — can open those reviews.
You have the right to be forgotten
Remove your account and saved content from the live service immediately; deleted data disappears from rotating backups within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your profile and saved content — including saved reviews, targets, captured jobs, resume data, contacts, and notes — from the live service immediately. Encrypted backup copies expire as the backup cycle rotates, within 30 days.
